DE LUXE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.--Patented twin head lamps. Twist grip control switches off the outside lamp and swivels and dips the near side lamp. Stop light operated by brake pedal. Switch and illuminated ammeter mounted in tank panel, and provision for speedometer and clock on separate panel above lamps. STANDARD ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT comprises Miller dynamo, Exide accumulator. 7 " Headlamp with Diplite bulb controlled by handlebar switch, and parking bulb. A special rear lamp fully illuminating the number plate and incorporating inspection lamp. Switch and illuminated ammeter in tank panel. High frequency chromium fronted horn on front mudguard.

On magneto ignition machines the dynamo is driven by a silent duplex chain in aluminium chain cover, automatically lubricated.

COIL IGNITION.--Tank panel incorporates warning light. Dynamo is mounted in the position usually occupied by the magneto and gear driven in the timing case. All chains and subsidiary drives are thereby abolished, and a saving in power, weight and noise is gained. The contact breaker and condenser are neatly and accessibly mounted in the timing case cover, and the Coil is in a protected position on the seat pillar tube.
