Bill: I have also read boards saying two stroke oil is on the way out, however, I haven't read anything in any publications to validate these rumors. It seems that there is still a large enough market (in Asia, and developing countries) for two stroke oil in some form. We still have all those two stroke marine engines (bass boats, jet-skis,etc.) that need the stuff here. I don't see what financial gain there would be in making a soild material as opposed to just keep refining the oil as is. It seems to me that my H2 smokes less than they used to back in the original days when they first came out. I think there have been reformulations of the oil to smoke less. I am speaking as a layman here. Evenutally, though, I'm sure all our 2 strokes will end up in a developing nation or on a scrap heap somewhere. (After I'm DEAD!) Keep 'em smoking as long as possible!
