    It seems to me AJ that if you are getting a good spark, and your timing is correct, and you have compression, then the problem is likely in the carb that feeds that cylinder. Are all the jets and air passages clean? Check the float level and adjust if necessary. Make sure the float doesn't have gas in it. Check that the carb is mounted snugy so no air is leaking past the flanges, and that the throttle slide is matched to the others. That plug is wet-fouling so maybe it is just that right carb that is flooding that cylinder or not giving the right air-fuel mixture (too rich). That could stall that piston.
