The design of the Sparton racer and the discussion on the board about GT380 rebore limits, got me thinking about another "what if". Will a GT380 bottom end bolt into a GT550 frame? Will 550 cylinders bolt up to a GT380 bottom end? Would the oversquare 61x54 bore and stroke allow such a motor to rev higher, or would it tear itself apart?
