The 1934 Zundapp K800
The German made Zundapp of 1934
was a real surprise package.
The motor was a horizontally opposed 4 cylinder engine with shaft drive.
The engine case enclosed the crankshaft, ignition coil, contact breaker, dynamo and carburettor.
The removable cylinder heads were cast in aluminium. The bike featured a tachometer as well as an anti-theft device.
