Just South of Tiplyang the valley is so steep that the path has been hand carved out of the rock.

South of Tatopani we encountered some cold and wet weather

The path soon becomes rough and slippery and considerable caution needs to be exercised as one slip could be disastrous.

The valley of the Kali Gandaki just South of Tatopani. The path from Gorepani joins the Baglung/Beni route at this point. Just visible in this view is the suspension bridge to Tatopani high above the valley floor.

Crossing the suspension bridge, 20 minutes out of Tatopani. This bridge was quite precarious with many loose boards.
