For the third day in succession Private Neville had an opportunity of proving his resource in a critical situation. he was riding to the headquarters of an infantry brigade when he came upon a motor-cyclist lying wounded by the roadside. The wounded man had been charged with an urgent verbal message, the failure to deliver which was causing him more agony then his wound. Neville immediately took the message to its destination, and thus was instrumental in adverting a disaster.
