A rather strange test from 1975 - the rider underwent an unusual process to test the durability of the T500 - why they waited until 1975 (7 years after the bike was released I'll never know) and 3,000 miles is nothing, even weird miles in this case. Anyway, no surprises to us T500 fans, but interesting to read one strange chap's view of our favourite beast.
